Marco H. Tjokro

I’m a Vancouver-based professional working across marketing, design, video storytelling, and broadcast operations. I’ve spent over a decade building and managing visual communication in environments where quality, timing, and consistency matter, from hospitality and digital marketing to live production.

I began my career in hospitality after graduating from Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School, and later transitioned into digital marketing roles with Marriott International, where I supported multi-property campaigns and consistently exceeded global performance benchmarks.

After moving to Canada, I deepened my focus on design and video through formal education at British Columbia Institute of Technology. Today, I work as a Broadcasting Manager, leading live production, team training, and technology improvements, while overseeing graphics, equipment, and day-to-day broadcast operations.

What I bring is the ability to connect strategy with execution, making sure marketing, design, and video work together clearly and reliably.
