OVERVIEW

The purpose of this project is to brainstorm a storytelling that can be about a real company or fictional company. The final decision for this project, our group decided to make an advertising video for a fictional company, called Mew Mew Sushi that will be located in BCIT as one of food options.

PROCESS

The first step of this project is to brainstorm the story ideas and create a storyboard. Our group decided to make a video about a fictional food outlet that were located in BCIT, called Mew Mew Sushi. After the storyboard was created, we created a script for our actors/actresses.

Before we shot the video, we also scouted the areas where we will shoot the video. The places that we shot was inside BCIT and Steveston Fish Market Richmond. After the shooting, I compiled all the raw data and started to edit in Adobe Premiere Pro followed by Adobe After Effect to add some effects to the video. Once the video editing was done, we upload the video to YouTube.

FINAL OUTCOME

The video was able to advertise the fictional food outlet for students to choose. The focus of the video is more to comedy where we had interview with students and “fish supplier”.
